Music Licensing & Usage Policy

1. Grant of License
When you purchase a track or download through a membership, you receive a limited license to use the music for personal and professional projects including live performances, DJ sets, content creation, and media production, subject to the terms below.
2. Permitted Uses
You may use downloaded music for: live DJ performances and events, background music for videos and streams, podcasts, personal projects, and commercial media productions where the music is not the primary product being sold.
3. Prohibited Uses
You may NOT: redistribute or resell the music files, claim ownership of the music, use the music as part of a competing music download service, or sublicense the music to third parties. You may not make the raw audio files publicly available for download.
4. Synchronization & Mechanical Rights
For uses requiring synchronization licenses (e.g., major film, television, or commercial advertising), additional licensing may be required. Contact us for such requests.
5. Attribution
Unless otherwise specified, attribution to the artist and producer is appreciated but not required for permitted uses.
6. Membership Downloads
Downloads through a membership are licensed for the duration of your subscription and thereafter for tracks already downloaded. Download limits reset each billing cycle.
7. Refunds
Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis. Defective files will be replaced. Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun.
