By accessing and using this music marketplace ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. License to Use Content
All music available on this platform is provided under the assumption that the platform operator holds the legal rights, licenses, or permissions to distribute it. Purchasing a track or subscribing to a membership grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the music in accordance with our Music Licensing & Usage Policy.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities under your account.
4. Memberships & Billing
Membership subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time. Download limits apply per plan and reset each billing cycle. Unlimited plans are subject to reasonable anti-abuse limits.
5. Individual Purchases
When you purchase an individual track, you are granted a download license for that specific track. All sales are final unless the delivered content is defective.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publicly share downloaded music files. Reverse engineering, scraping, or attempting to access full audio files without authorization is strictly prohibited.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior, including excessive downloads or unauthorized distribution.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
